{"id":620,"date":"2018-12-16T15:40:14","date_gmt":"2018-12-16T15:40:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/queensferryrowing.org\/?p=620"},"modified":"2018-12-16T15:40:14","modified_gmt":"2018-12-16T15:40:14","slug":"woudrichem-charity-row","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/queensferryrowing.org\/?p=620","title":{"rendered":"Woudrichem charity row"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Several club members travelled to Holland last weekend to take part in <a href=\"https:\/\/scottishcoastalrowing.org\/2018\/09\/25\/serious-request-row-tour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a fund-raising row organised by the Woudrichem club<\/a>.\u00a0 The annual row raises money for the Red Cross, this year specifically to help reunite children and parents separated by war or disaster.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rachel reports:\u00a0<\/strong>While Schiphol Airport cancelled 100 flights due to wind, we, as part of over 100 rowers, rowed our hearts out on a 45-mile river row in our sturdy St Ayles skiffs to help raise at least \u00a33,500 towards a wonderful charity.
