Knowing what state the tide is in is crucial to Queensferry rowers, as the Port Edgar marina slip is normally unusable for an hour or so on either side of low water.

The Tide Times website publishes an annual guide for Rosyth, as well as offering a handy online visual guide.

Annual tide charts for ports in the Firth of Forth are also available to buy in the Bosun’s Locker chandlers at Port Edgar.

Weather
